Originally from Figeac (Lot), he trained in dance at the Centre chorégraphique national de Montpellier. Since 2004, he has created more than a dozen pieces that extend the boundaries of choreographic art to intertextuality and the document, thus summoning up new poetics of gesture. His work has been shown in France and abroad, in and out of the theater, notably at the Centre Pompidou, the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain and the Plateau Frac Ile de France in Paris, the Laboratoires d'Aubervilliers, as part of the Montpellier Danse and ImpulsTanz festivals in Vienna, the PACT Zollverein in Essen, the Kaaitheater in Brussels and the Kadist Art Foundation in San Francisco.
He has also been a regular performer since 1999, notably with Boris Charmatz, Jennifer Lacey, Mathilde Monnier, Laurent Pichaud and Loïc Touzé.
He teaches at the École supérieure d'art de Clermont Métropole from 2018 to 2021.
He is co-director with Léa Bosshard of the in situ research project L'usage du terrain, an experiment in public space around the notion of spatiality in dance, developed with Laboratoires d'Aubervilliers in 2018 and in Vitry-sur-Seine in 2022 in partnership with MAC VAL - Musée d'Art Contemporain du Val-de-Marne, La Briqueterie - CDCN, Le Studio-Théâtre Vitry, Galerie Municipale Jean-Collet, Mondes Nouveaux.
